 Yesterday, I  played bowling with my circle member. Many freshmen joined our circle, so we did circle activity at first after new member participated in our circle.  

First, we went to a park and we introduced myself. In addition, few people showed joke and blow art. They are very funny and I laughed!  

Then I became close new circle's members. They are very cute and cheer.

Our circle's members are very friendly!!! So I always enjoy.  

I want to made many good memories with my circle member more.

Essay 1-01a: Letter to My Host Family

Hello! My name is Yuria. Please call me “Yuria”. I am 19 years old. I go to KGU.

I major in English, so I want to learn English more. Therefore, I decided to participate in this program. I want to try many things with your family. I am looking forward to going to America. I have a father, a mother, an older sister, an older brother and younger sister. My older sister is 27 years old and has two children, so I often take care of them. I like children. My father is self-employed and my brother helps my father’s work. My father and my mother are very kind to us. They respect our intentions. Therefore, I ca participate in this program. My younger sister is good at playing basketball and she is a captain of her team. I live at home with my father, my mother and my older sister now. 

I want to be a flight attendant. So, separately from a university, I go to the school. I like watching and boarding airplanes. In addition, I like going anywhere and seeing anything and contacting many people. I want to have a lot of experiences. I want to go everywhere and see many things with you, so I want you to guide me to pleasant and wonderful places. Furthermore, I want to eat a lot of American food. As for me, I eat everything. I don’t have foot that I can’t eat. If I have to, I like fruit, gratin and sweets. My hobbies are traveling, watching movies and DVDs and baking cakes. I want to talk about a lot of things with you and improve my speaking skill. I’ll leave Japan at April 7^th 9:00 and I’ll arrive at April 7^th 12:00. I’m looking forward to seeing you!!! Final Journal “Writing Class Response” I enjoyed writing classes. It was difficult and hard to write 280 words for Journals but it was useful to write long sentences and express my feeling and opinions. In the days of the beginning, I don’t like writing a lot of sentences and typing with a PC. Over time, I was gradually used. I liked some games. For example, we had four cards and we had to introduce an aerial production and we wrote Christmas cards. My classmates made very funny stories, so I enjoyed listening them stories. Them productions were very wonderful. In Christmas day, they present for me same presents; clothes and cosmetics. In addition, they gave me wonderful words, so it made me very happy. My writing in English skill were improved. I could express my feeling and opinions better. I wanted my teachers to reduce only a little reports; Journals. Furthermore, I wanted them to correct a lot of paragraphes instead of Journals. It was difficult to write with PC, so I think it is good that we write it by hand. I joyed writing class and talking with my teacher and classmates. I want to make use things that I learned in a class of the next year. Thank you!!

First, I read Little Women written by Louisa May Alcott. This book is published by Pearson Education Ltd in association with Penguin Books Ltd

           This story told about a Christmas day of the for March sisters –Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy -. They have a few problems. Their father is away in the war and they don’t have much money. They think that they aren’t going to have any presents. But, they got a letter from their father, so they were encouraged. They experienced many things. For example, party and so on. They matured into through Christmas.

           The reason why I chose this book is Christmas soon and I had heard only a title “Little Women.” I get presents every Christmas and enjoy party and delicious foods. However, the girls in this story can’t get any presents and foods. Therefore, I realized it some other time how myself was happy. In addition, I was encouraged by them because they spend happily in hard life.

           Second, I read Princess Diana written by Anne Collins. It was published by Macmillan Heinemann ELT.

           Princess Diana was a very famous British women. In August 1997 Diana was on holiday in the Mediterranean with her new man, Dodi Al Fayed. There were holiday photographs of them in the newspapers. Diana looked happy. Then, just a few days later, she was dead. She died suddenly on the 31^st of August in a car accident in Paris. Her death was regretted very much. She continues being still loved because she was very beautiful and kindness. She wanted to help people, so she performed charity.

           The reason why I chose this book is that I wanted to know about her. I often see her photo, I am always glued to her good looks. She had not only beauty but also beautiful heart. I want to be like a wonderful woman like her.

           I will talk about how to make a cheesecake. People may think that it is troublesome to make. Normal how to make need a lot of tool. For example, it needs whisk, some bowls, spatula and so on. However, in the case of me, it is different. I use only one tool, mixer. First, I prepare a lot of materials and measure quantity one by one. Materials are wheat flour tablespoon2, 3 eggs, sugar 100g, butter 100g, cream cheese 200g, baking powder teaspoon2 and a little squeeze of lemon. Next, I only put all in a mixer. Then, don’t forget to mix it well. In that way, I pour it in a model of the cake which were spread butter. Final, I bake it with an oven warmed to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Art to bake well is letting air as much as possible. If we do so it, it is baked with moisture. It is my pride dish.

           I will persuade you to use my product. You are a baby sitter, so you should take care of children and train.   I created a invention that it made for animal and sand. First, you make a animal that you like with sand, it become like a real animal. It move like a real animal, so children think it is a real animal. Second, you tell children to raise your animal. Then, Children feel an attachment to animal. Remember to make children feel sure that the animal is a real because it is important for children to know importance of life, a sense of responsibility. Finally, to raise animal give us anything for living.  Don’t force to do because it is important for baby sitter to make children think oneself.

              I will talk about my experience that made feel proud. When I was a junior high school student, I became a head of the cheering group of an athletic meet. It was my responsibility to bring my group together. There was about three hundred people in a group. I should had to instruction without teacher’s help. I was always worried about how to tell my idea and description. Then, my group’s member helps me, so I could achieve to the end. Also, I realized important of fellow and tenderness of fellow. Eventually, I enjoyed this post and made a good memory. Through this, I think I could growth mentally. In addition, I am proud of my memory.

              Second, I will talk about my frightening experience. When I was five years old, I had an accident. A bike attacked me. There are my mother and sister, and they cried in surprise. I couldn’t had understood what happened. When I noticed, I was lying on the road. Neighbors came out and call an ambulance. I was carried by ambulance but I didn’t hurt at all so I could come home soon. I am very fortunate. If time was shifted, if per location was bad, I had hurt. When I think this accident, I would be scary feeling.
