BR 1-15: Come Back, Ameria Bedelia (Peggy Parish, 1971)

 

Ameria Bederia walked toward town. "Now what will I do?" she said. (P12)

 

Ameria Bederia made repeated mistakes wherever she went to.

For example, Mr. and Mrs. Rogers' house, a beauty shop, a dress shop, a clerk office and a doctor's office.

She often made mistakes to understand word's means.

Finally, she came back Mr. and Mrs. Rogers' house and cooked cream puffs.

Her cream puffs made them happy.

 

I like Ameria Bederia series.

Ameria Bederia is an honest person, but scatterbrain.

Her cook made everybody happy.

Ameria Bederia 's character always makes me fun.

I love her.

BR 1-07 : Ameria Bedelia ４Mayor ( Herman Parish,1999 )

 

 

 The mayor Thomas promised to cut taxes, but he never does what he says he will do.

Mr. Rogers said "You should run for the mayor's office." , but it was joke.

She dashed out of the kitchen and ran for the mayor's office.

She always does what folks say to do.

It is a great promise to make.

The race for mayor was on.

Ameria Bedelia and Mayor Thomas ran all over town to talk with the voters.

Mr. Rogers gave her many help and plenty of good advice.

 The mayor and Ameria Bederia argued for hours.

 Finally, they became close.

Last is happy ending.

 

I like Ameria Bedelia series.

She is simple and innocence, so she makes me very fun.

BR 1-03: Ameria Bederia (Parish, 1963)

Ameria Bederia is a housekeeper and works for the first time the day. 

 Ameria Bederia does exactly what the list says. But she misunderstood word's meaning. A word has some meaning.

For example, list says "Change the toewls in the green bathroom.". It meaned to replace new ones, but she changed toewls' shape.

Her works was ruined. Mr. and Mrs. Rogers was very angry.

But they was very surprised to eat her lemon-meringue pie and forgot to had been angry.

"'I made it to surprise you,' said Ameria Bederia happily.  Mr. and Mrs. decided that Ameria Bederia must stay."

I like this part and this part made me happy.

I love Ameria Bederia, so I want to read other story about Ameria Bederia.
