Esaay 2-03a: How I use a computer

I am learning english and I often use a computer. I have 4 classes to learn English. In those classes, I often have to use computer. I was not good at using a computer very much, but I got used to using a computer. Computer is a necassarily for collage students. I will show when I use a computer.

First, I often use a computer in writing class. I have to write Blog. Blog contain book review and essays and so on. Also, I have to do typing homework. I write what I like. For example, my favorite movie, my favorite season and my favorite place. These are very difficult and hard, but those are good for our English skill.

Second, I often use a computer in speaking class. I often give a presentation about food, county and so on. Then, I make PowerPoint and movie. I don't like make them. My classmates sometimes teach how to make them. We help each other. They are very kind. I enjoy watch and listen to them movie and presentation. They are very good. I want to make like them. I have to do my best. And, I had to do EnglishCentral. I finished it in summer vacation. It was very hard. Speaking is very hard class, but I always enjoy.

Third, I often use a computer in Listening class. I always listen to BBC news with computer in class. And I read aroud and dictation. These news topics are difficult for us but these are very important for us. I want to study more harder and understand.

Finally, I often use a computer in reading class. I often read online newspapers. I learn about world news and how to read newspaper. I sometimes have to make news quiz. It is very hard. I think we have to know world news, so it is important.

In addition, I often use a computer in my home. For example, I do homework, watch movies and listen to music. Computer is very important and convenient for us. By using a computer, I can improve English skill. I want to improve my English skill more. I study hard with a computer.

Essay 2-02a: Three Cafes

We like eating and drinking. We often go to cafes. We compare cafe, Saint Marc, Doutor Coffee Shop and Starbucks Coffee. Those caffees are very famous and popular in Japan. These are known to most of all.

First, we talk about Saint Marc cafe. There is a head office in Okayama,Japan. This shop’s recommendation is set menu. This shop sell morning set and lunch set.Lunch set is very good and reasonable. We can eat lunch set about 500 yen.   In addition, breads hot from the oven and sandwich.  Particular, chococro is very famous and popular and delicious. Chococro has many favors. For example, pudding, daifuku, green tea, white chocolate, strawberry chocolate and so on. It sells adapt seaon. There are various drinks. For example, coffee, smoothie and soup and so on. We can enjoy menu of the season limitatoin. Saint Marc cafe’s food and drink are cheaper than other shops. We can relax in this shop. Many people study and read books in this shop. I think this shop is easy for one person to eat and take a break. It is very important thing for Japanese people.

Second, we talk about Doutor Coffee Shop. We can enjoy sandwich, hot dog, sweets and drink. This cafe has a lot of preferences. For example, they uses high level’s coffee beans, open fire roast, clean water and machine. Also, they use special breads. They have confidence in taste and materials. They value health, so they show allergic materials and calorie. We can feel great security. Doutor Coffee has milano sandwich. It has many menu. For example, sumiyaki chiken and gobo salad, shimp and smoked salmon Avocado tartar sauce,  chicken and ham with avocado sauce. These are very good taste and volumy. Doutor offee is No.1 coffee shop in West Japan. It sales better than any other coffee shops. Dotour Coffee is more reasonable than Starbucks. It is very important point for students and teens. This shop's foods and beverages are very delicious and high quality, but it is low price. Also, this shop's atmosphere is easy to buy and take a break.

Finally, we talk about Starbucks Coffee. This first shop is in Seattle. This shop is loved by people all over the world. This shop has history. There are more than 1000 shops in Japan. There are a lot of drink, sweets and sandwich menu. There are various coffee and tea menu.We enjoy new menu every season. We can enjoy walk while drinking and drive through. This is very convenience.  Also, this shop’s staffs are famous for their service is very good. They always smile and speak cheerily. We feel good. They are very professional. The reason, this shop is so big and education is perfect. Starbuck's food and beverages are a little high price, but these are loved by many people. These are worth to pay many. These are very delicious. This shop often makes season limited food and beverages. It is one of topics whole young people. If they eat it, they often contribution to SNS with pictures.

Through these cafes, I think that they have good point each other. Diffrent point is their indiviuality. When we use cafe, we think our hope, and select cafe. When we have a little money, we go toSaint Marc cafe, it is a good way. It is very fun to select a shop to fit today's feeling and situation. If you visit many cafes, you can find your favorite cafe. We hope many people enjoy the break time at cafe! We want to enjoy o visit cafe and break time more. Let's go cafe to drink coffee.

My Language Skills

• Past : 10 years ago (& 5 years ago)

10 years ago when I was 9 years old.
I had never learned English. I didn't know about English at all.
5 years ago when I was 14 years ago. I was junior high school student. I started to study English and I became to be interested in English. I often sing English song and read short story. I enjoyed studying English.

• Present : Now 

Now, I study English in university. I am busy to do homework, but it useful for me to improve my English skills. I try to do many things to improve my English skills. For example, I will accept a boy as a host family next month, and I will go to Canada to study abroad, home stay and intern. I have many chances, so I try a lot of things for my English skills. I enjoy study English.

• Future : 10 years from now (& 5 years from now)

I want to be a fright attendant. English is essential for it. I want to communicate with many people all over the world, and tell good points of Japan. In the future, English will be more important in the world. I want to use English fluently. I want to go every where and know and see a lot of things.

Essay 1-02b: University Life

We will write about university’s class, club activities, study abroad, and friend.

There are many students in KGU. They love KGU, because there are many good friends, experiences, events and interesting things. Most of them always feel happy.

First, there are many interesting classes about English. The student who study English at KGU have many things that they have to do as Homework. They are busy everyday, but they enjoy classes. They learn about reading, writing, speaking and listening. In addition, some students study U.S. history of literature, English literature outline and science of Japanese outline.

The students who is in English department are very interested in English and want to improve them English skill. English classes, reading, writing, speaking and listening, become tomorrow's provisions. In these classes, they use blog, newspaper, news videos, movies about history, powerwords and English central. It is very difficult for them to accomplish them, but they try them hard. They want to use English fluently.

Second, there are many club and it called circle. They  join the circle thet they are interesting. One of all circles is traveling abroad society. They who are in this cilcle go to Korea twice in a year and do many activities on every Wednesday. For example, they play sports, go to driving, eating dinner, do games, watch DVD's, take a hot spring bath and travel anywhere.

They enjoy them very much. They are looking forward to doing them every week.  

Futhermore, they went to Korea in this spring vacation. They enjoyed eating some foods and shopping clothes and cosmetics. They want to go there again.

Third, about study abroad. They who are a KGU student have many oppotunities to go study abroad. Some students will  go to Canada to study abroad, internship and home stay. They want to improve themself English skill and have many experiences. They want to learn about culture. They want to go and see many place. They are looking forward to going.

The girls of second year student are very fashionable. There are a lot of smart dresserｓ. They always wear fashionable clothes, and fashionable shoes.  They are always careful about their appearance. They buy some clothes at PALCO. It's one of a fashionable shop in Kumamoto. Sometimes, there is a sale time in PALCO, so they go there. They spend on them shopping about thirty thousand yen. They have a part time job, so they have much money. Because of it, they can buy a lot of clothes by themselves.　They study about fashion. Fashion is a very important for them. They like cool fashion, cute fashion, gorgeous fashion or simple fashion. Sometimes, they bought fashion magazines and study fashion by use them.

They like cafeteria too. Especially, they like a nostalgic cafeteria, so they search about nostalgic cafeterias. When they find it, they go there, and evaluate its taste. If there really take to it, they go again and again. Sometimes, they take care about their weight, but they can’t patience to eat and drink. They often go to French restaurant. They very like French, so they often go there to eat lunch.

They like cosmetics and big name brands. They are particular about their cosmetics. Some people like KATE. KATE is famous in Japan. They sometimes change their cosmetics maker, and they choose cosmetics which are suited them. Many second year students have big mane brands. COACH is the most popular maker among them. They have COACH’s wallet, COACH’s bag and COACH’s accessories. They are generally given it by their parents. Sometimes they are given by their boyfriend or their friends. They give a big name brands for their friends who are birthday. They get along with their friends.

The girls of second year student are enjoying their university life. Probably, they are more and more fashionable.

There are many chances, interesting things and friends in KGU. There are a lot of things that we have to do,  but they study hard to improve them English skills. They enjoy and feel happy everyday.  It is very important for them to learn in this university. They try much more things and they want to spend school life without repentance, so they have to study hard.
